Final sale once stitched. We send a stitched-out sample photo and your written sign-off before bulk runs — that is the catch.

Color and dye-lot tolerance

We work within a shade band. For Annual tier we lock a single dye lot per program year. For ad-hoc reorders, expect minor batch shift in lighting — we will flag if a shift is outside the band before shipping.

Reorder window

Locked roster, styles, and colors stay in your account for 18 months after the original order. Past 18 months, we re-confirm sizing with a roster refresh.

How does the price compare to FIGS or Mandala for a 20-person practice?
A 20-set LumiScrubs Core order lands roughly $70-85 per set (top + pant + Core-tier discount) before embroidery. FIGS team pricing typically runs higher per set; Mandala’s per-set price is lower. What happens if a staff member needs a different size after the order ships?
First exchange shipping is on us, both directions. Send the new size and which direction (up or down) within 30 days of arrival. Same dye lot, no color mismatch.
Can we mix colors across staff?
Yes. Common pattern: leads in olive button-neck, chairside in caribbean teal zip, front desk in dusty rose. The roster XLSX captures color per row.
How does embroidery work if we want logo on chest and sleeve?
$5-12 per garment for one position. Second position adds $4-6. First two proof rounds are free. Stitched-out sample photo before bulk — you sign off in writing.
How fast can we get a restock if we hire someone mid-year?
Reorder ID in your account stores the original color, dye lot, embroidery file, and roster sizes. Mid-year add-ons skip the discovery loop — in-stock items ship within 7-14 business days. Embroidered add-ons add 5-7 days.
Do you handle 4XL-6X for plus-size staff?
Honest answer: not yet on every style. 4XL-6X plus extension on the best-selling tops lands Q3 2026. Until then, the standard XS-3XL women’s / S-3XL men’s covers most staff — the roster XLSX has a notes column for sizing flags so we can flag what is and is not yet doable.
Can we set up a yearly retainer rather than ad-hoc orders?
