Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn beyond an indoor try-on, with original tags and packaging. You pay shipping for ordinary size or change-of-mind returns. One eligible apparel item or set from your first U.S. order may qualify for the free First-Fit size exchange. See eligibility, costs and refund times.
Follow the care label supplied with your garment. For routine home care, wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors, turn inside out, and tumble dry low. Do not bleach or use fabric softener. Follow the garment label if it gives stricter instructions.
Normal fading, pilling and wear are excluded from the 90-day construction guarantee. If you think an issue is a workmanship defect, send us photos for review. See the guarantee.
For in-stock U.S. orders, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from order confirmation: usually 1–2 business days to dispatch plus 6–12 business days in transit. Custom and embroidered orders need a separately confirmed production and delivery timeline. See shipping details.
Yes — international standard shipping is where available. Delivery windows vary by destination, so if your team needs gear by a firm date, message us before ordering and we will confirm feasibility first.
Available sizes vary by style. Our size guide follows the supplier’s current product-page measurements: women’s scrub body references run from 2XS to 2XL, and men’s from XS to 3XL. Lab coats have separate body recommendations and garment measurements. Detailed underscrub measurements and per-style scrub inseams are not currently published; contact us before ordering if you need help.
Coverage can vary with color, fit, lighting and underlayers. We do not have an opacity test result or verified per-style coverage score to publish. Try on the exact outfit in your usual lighting while tags remain attached and the item is return-eligible.
We do not currently claim suitability for industrial laundering or high-temperature clinical laundry. Follow the care label supplied with your garment. The available fabric report does not establish a 100-wash service life. If your employer requires a specific laundry process, confirm the garment is suitable before ordering.
LumiScrubs operates a tiered discount structure for clinic and hospital accounts. Orders of 10–19 sets receive 10% off the standard list price. Orders of 20 sets or more qualify for 15% off, and our account team can discuss additional volume pricing for multi-location rollouts.

Custom embroidery — including clinic logos, staff names, and department identifiers — requires 10–14 business days from art approval to shipment. This lead time covers digitization, a sample stitch-out review, and production on your full order.
We recommend submitting your artwork file (vector preferred) alongside your order. Our embroidery team will send a digital proof within two business days for your sign-off before production begins.
Yes. Team pricing is based on the total set count, not per style — so 20 sets across three styles and seven sizes still price as a 20-set order.

You send your logo file with the order; we send back a digital proof for your approval before any garment goes into production. Nothing gets stitched until you sign off.
Keep in mind embroidered and name-labeled items are made for your team and are final sale — order a blank sample first if sizing is uncertain.

One free size exchange for one eligible apparel item or set from your first LumiScrubs order delivered to a U.S. address, requested within 30 days of delivery. Return required; standard return and replacement shipping covered. Unwashed, original tags attached. Same style and color. See the full policy for full terms.
Personalized items, accessories, and separately quoted team orders are excluded. Further size changes follow the ordinary policy.
