Professional fit standard
The best fit should look clean standing at the front desk and still move naturally through a clinical shift. It should not pull across the chest, restrict shoulder movement, or bind at the waist when sitting.
How to choose
- Compare measurements with a scrub set that already fits.
- If between sizes, choose comfort and movement over a tight fit.
- For team orders, confirm the size roster carefully before approving embroidery.
- Contact us before ordering if your team needs mixed sizing guidance.
How to measure
Measure your body, not a garment that already fits. Use a soft tape, keep it level, and don’t pull it tight.
- Chest / bust — around the fullest part, under the arms, tape level across the back.
- Waist — around your natural waistline (the narrowest point), a finger of ease.
- Hip — around the fullest part of the seat, feet together.
- Inseam — from the crotch seam down to where you want the hem to sit.
Match your numbers to the tables above. Between two sizes? Size up — our fit runs slightly slim, and scrubs should move with you.
Fit questions
Can my top and pant be different sizes?
Yes. Top and pant sizes are chosen independently, at the same set price — match the color, mix the sizes.
Do the sizes run large or small?
Slightly slim. If you’re between sizes or plan to layer, size up.
Do you offer petite or tall lengths?
Not at this time — one standard inseam per style, listed on each product page.
