The Lumi Promise —
Beyond the Shift
Every garment we make is a commitment — to outlast real clinical shifts and to keep looking sharp wash after wash. Durability and sustainability aren’t trade-offs at Lumi. They’re the foundation.
A small brand, run by the person who answers your email
LumiScrubs is run by Saive and a dedicated team. No call center, no account-manager layer, no markup for a storefront at the mall. You email, I answer, usually within 12 hours Monday through Saturday.
I keep the line deliberately small: a tight set of styles, drops in core colors, and a $99 sample kit so a clinic can put real fabric on a real body before committing a team order. The aim is uniforms that look considered and hold up shift after shift — without the premium-brand price tag.
Durability as Sustainability
The most sustainable garment is one you never have to replace. That’s why we engineer for longevity from the fiber up.
rPET Fabric Technology
Our core fabric blend incorporates recycled polyethylene terephthalate — post-consumer PET bottles transformed into high-tenacity, color-fast yarn. Each set of scrubs diverts approximately 12 plastic bottles from landfill, with no compromise on performance or comfort.
Engineered for the Long Shift
Every LumiScrubs fabric undergoes rigorous abrasion and tensile testing before it reaches the cutting table. We validate against clinical benchmarks: ≥50,000 Martindale rubs for seat and knee panels, minimum 45 N warp and weft tensile strength, and dimensional stability within ±3% after 50 industrial washes.
The result is a uniform that holds its shape, color, and structure through years of clinical rotation — reducing replacement cycles and the environmental footprint that comes with them.
